Meetings
No meetings are currently scheduled.
Meetings are intended to be held quarterly.
Volunteers to host meetings where we can look at or even bake in an oven are requested.
If you would like to volunteer to host a meeting, please let me know.
Since I expect these ovens will be almost entirely out of doors, the meetings will likely not be in the winter, but rather in the spring, summer, and fall.
A winter meeting in a restaurant with a wood-burning oven is anticipated.
I also welcome any suggestions about when we should have meetings and what topics you want us to cover.
